- Must set camera to M mode(check the picture above) to use this lens, some may require to set “shutter release: no lens“ ON in camera menu.
- Camera will not display the aperture value, must set manually on lens body.

- 1) Set your camera to M mode with “shutter release: no lens” on(if any)
- 2) Set the lens to your desired aperture/focal length
- 3) Adjust the front focus ring to bring the subject into focus and take a test shot
- If the image turns out dark, perform the following steps,
- a. Reduce the shutter speed, from 1/500s down to 1/100s or slower 1/50 etc
- b. Increase the ISO value, from ISO 100 to ISO 200/400/800 etc
- c. Use a remote shutter release and a tripod to increase image stability

- d. Change your position to allow more ambient light to pass through the lens into the camera’s image sensor
